Roselle received training as a decor painter at the (former) Tecnicon Pretoria.
Painting copies of, among others, the Old Masters, has enabled her to work in various styles and mediums. For the past four years she has completed mostly colorful, naive paintings with rural Cape scenes as inspiration.
"Although I have been painting for many years, I have one year ago, started my new, spiritual works, painted in a more realistic style in oil as medium. All my latest paintings are based on Biblical themes with relevant and appropriate texts from the Bible as part of each work”
